We are looking to expand our coaching team ahead of the 2025/26 season! We're seeking a motivational coaches who believe in the power of sport to build confidence, community, and competitive spirit.The Sea Serpents are proud members of International Gay Rugby (IGR). We welcome players of all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, and experience levels – from complete beginners to seasoned pros. Our club ethos is built on inclusion, growth, and ambition. Whether you're an experienced coach ready to take the lead, or a developing coach looking to get more hands-on experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Head Coach
Lead our rugby vision, oversee training & match day strategy, and mentor coaching assistants.
Assistant Coaches
Support delivery of sessions, player development, and contribute to tactical planning.
Skills Coaches
Bring specialist expertise to help players thrive in their positions.

Coaching experience in rugby union
Level 2/3 RFU Coaching Qualification
A commitment to inclusive sport and player development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to create fun, structured, and progressive training sessions
Respect for the social and community aspect of a grassroots rugby club
