Joining our club is more than signing up for a season of rugby. It’s becoming part of a community that celebrates teamwork, resilience, and good fun on and off the pitch. Whether you’re a seasoned player, a total newbie, a sideline hype-squad member, or someone who just likes the idea of mud, friendship, and a good post-match pint, you’re in the right place.

The Club Membership grants you Supporter or Casual Player status.
This enables you to train with the team every week.
A membership also grants access to our WhatsApp Community with exclusive updates, Player / Supporter chats, Social chats, and more content.
Access to our event organising group in the Spond app.
A discount card that can be used in participating venues in Brighton & Hove.
Preferential rates for Club events.
If you want to be eligible to participate in competitive games with the team, and you are in agreement with the Team Captain and/or Coach, you may register as a Casual Player for the same fee.
Membership fee £60 per annum
membership expires in July of each year
Casual Players are allowed to declare availability for competitive matches. If you declare availability and are selected for a game, you will be required to pay the game fee before the match. You can participate to up to 4 games per season. Or up to 2 games, if starting in January.
Game fee for Casual Players £15
A Supporter or Casual Player may convert to a full Player by purchasing a Season Pass. A Casual Player that has already played some or all their allowed games may continue playing by purchasing a Season Pass, minus the game fees that they have already paid. A Season Pass grants unlimited eligibility and participation in games, subject to selection.
Season Pass for Players £165 per season, if starting after July
Season Pass for Players £82.50 per half season, if starting after January
Season Passes expire in July of each year.

We offer concession discounts for individuals that are eligible for low-income support. All prices listed are discounted by 50%. For more information and eligibility, please contact the Membership Secretary.

The registration process differs depending on the payment method. We accept payment via bank transfer or card payments for the full amounts. We also accept payment in instalments via Direct Debit.

Regardless of the payment option, you will be required to enrol with the club on GMS
· Navigate to GMS and create an account if you don’t have one
· Enrol with Brighton & Hove Sea Serpents
· Register as a Player, if you are intending to register as a Player or Casual Player
Please ensure that you provide the correct information and agree with the terms and conditions. This is essential for us, so that we are able to communicate with you regarding membership.

Paying by bank transfer or card payment as a lump sum
You may pay the full amount by making a bank transfer to the club’s account, or by using a unique link to pay by card. For information, please contact the Membership Secretary.

Paying via Direct Debit in instalments · After logging in on GMS, ensure that you have enrolled with the Brighton & Hove Sea Serpents. Select the option to buy a membership and select the desired membership
type. You may select to also add the Season Pass if you are a Player and require unlimited access to competitive games with the team, subject to selection. Add either the Membership, or both the Membership and Season Pass to your Basket.
· Go to your Basket.
· Select “Pay in instalments”.
· Ensure that you are happy with the day of the month that your payments will be collected.
· Continue and enter your bank details.
· Complete the purchase.
