Responsible for providing guidance, advocacy, and support to the Executive Committee and members. The President serves as the figurehead of the club, representing its values externally, promoting its mission, and providing mentorship to the committee and members. The President ensures the club operates with integrity, is well-represented in the wider rugby community, and fosters a culture of inclusivity, growth, and collaboration.

Leads the club’s strategic direction, ensuring its growth, sustainability, and alignment with its mission and values. Acting as the club’s primary representative, the Chair oversees committee operations, facilitates effective decision-making, and ensures the club maintains its inclusive and community-focused ethos.

Supporting the Executive Chairperson in leading the club, stepping in as required when the Chairperson is unavailable, and ensuring the club’s strategic objectives are achieved. This role is a key leadership position that ensures effective governance, decision-making, and continuity within the club. The Vice Chairperson will also take a hands-on role in specific areas of the club’s operations or a specific workstream as agreed with the executive committee team.

A vital member of the club’s executive committee, responsible for managing the club’s finances. This role ensures the club operates within its budget, meets financial obligations, and has the resources to grow and thrive.

A vital administrative role within the club, responsible for ensuring smooth communication and organisation of club activities. The Secretary will maintain the club’s records, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with legal and constitutional requirements. This role ensures that all operational and governance documentation is up-to-date and accessible, while also supporting the committee and club members with effective administration.

The Club Captain is a key leadership role within the team, responsible for leading by example on and off the pitch. The Club Captain plays a vital role in fostering team spirit, motivating players, and promoting the club’s values of inclusivity, respect, and community. The Club Captain is also the primary liaison between players and the committee, representing the team’s interests and ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all members.

Represents the non-player members of the club on the executive committee. The Supporters Secretary is responsible for making sure non-player members are heard, taking their talking points to the executive, as well as keeping up the morale and enthusiasm amongst supporters and working to increase the number of non-player members we have in the club.
